This guide walks you through creating a PagerDuty alert to keep your on-call team informed of downtime or performance issues. To get started head over to the “Alerts” page in the menu:
Select PagerDuty from the action dropdown, after which you’ll be redirected to PagerDuty for authorization.
Once authorized you’ll be redirected back to Apex Ping where you can continue to configure the alert, in this case to notify your team when an check is down for 10 minutes within the hour.
Save the alert and you’re good to go!
